Which core services do you offer?

For weddings and events, I offer a live illustration service, where I set up a studio in the middle of your event and draw live in front of your guests.
How do you determine your pricing?

Prices are based on a starting rate of around £20 per guest. This price decreases the more guests you add. There are three main packages available, but this is flexible and bespoke quotes can be supplied if your number of guests doesn’t fit within the package prices.
The three main packages are:
Intimate illustration (2 - 3 hours) for up to 20 guests - £395
Artist residency ( 5 - 6 hours) for up to 50 guests - £800
Large celebration illustration (5 - 6 hours, with the remaining illustrations completed after the wedding or event and posted to the couple or organiser within 1- 2weeks) - for up to 100 guests - £1495

How does live illustration work?

Using live wedding illustration as an example, I will arrive at your venue around one hour before guests arrive to setup my studio station. My assistant will get a photo of guests as they arrive so that I can illustrate as many people as possible while onsite. Once the photo is taken, I will get illustrating and once artworks are complete, they will be displayed ready for your guests to collect their personalised keepsake and take them home.
What sets you apart from other illustrators?

I have over 18 years of experience working as a professional illustrator. My degree specialism was fashion illustration, which quickly led to my guest lecturing at the Arts University Bournemouth and being published in two Bloomsbury books on fashion design. I have also run illustration workshops and had solo exhibitions at Winchester School of Art and the Museum of Gloucester.
Additionally, have 13 years of experience working in the wedding and events industry, from wedding coordination through to venue management. I combine my expertise in illustration and events to bring a special service that your guests will love and talk about for years to come.
Lastly, I will never compromise on quality. I only use the finest materials and having been a member of the sustainable wedding alliance, I am certified carbon literate and focus on being as eco conscious as possible with everything I do.
How does booking work?

Can we add more guests after we book?

On average, I can draw 8 - 10 guests per hour. If there are lots of wonderful, patterned outfits, this can be slightly less.
How quickly to you draw guests?

We will first have a chat about your wedding or event and if you would like to book, you will need to complete and return a booking form. Once this is received, you will be sent an invoice for the 25% deposit and once this is paid, your date is locked in. It’s then time to get excited and the final balance is due 4 weeks before your date.
Absolutely! Your package will be updated and the final balance invoice will reflect your new guest count?
What if you don’t finish all the paintings on the day?

Your illustrations will be finished in the studio after your date and I will post them within 1 - 2 weeks.
Things happen and this is totally fine. If you cancel before 4 weeks before your date, I will retain the deposit only. If you cancel within 4 weeks of the date, the full balance will be retained.
in the unlikely event that I have to cancel your booking, all payments will be returned.
